Derrick Paramore

FINANCIAL SECRETARY

I am Derrick Paramore and serve children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with challenges of self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger management, adjustments, and relationship issues. I take a different approach in helping individuals and believe that wellness such as nutrition and exercise complimented by therapy helps improve mental health.  Utilizing approaches of Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, REBT, and Play Therapy allow individuals to think about their actions, reduce negative thoughts, and improve the renewing of their mind.

As a Resident in Counseling specializing in mental health and Contemporary Theory in Addictive Behaviors, allows me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who work towards improving coping skills, self-esteem, and a desire to work towards self-improvement. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I offer secure video sessions as well as safe in-office appointments to best accommodate you on your journey.

Most of us have experienced a time when we needed someone to provide support, and I look forward to being that person for you!
